Iori Hotel
I have not yet visited the place. But it is in my checklist next time I visit Europe... I have visited the area a long time ago and can tell that the art of living, the majestuous nature as well as the food quality (southern French, Italian inspired & Spanish) was absolutely fantastic.
Iori Hotel seems to show a smart combination between the fashionable "LOHAS" style so popular now in Japan. Each Suites is named according to a major Japanese city. Other rooms are named according the Japanese name of a kind of wood. But the deco & woody texture as well as structure, puts you back in the warm European chalet ambiance you are expecting in this location. The introduction of neo-Japanese culture seems to be existing in the details, such as bed sheets, stools, chairs & probably some non-invading techno devices. Apparently the owners went crazy on neo-Japanese furnitures and decided to open a furniture shop associated with the hotel.
The gastronomy seems to be 100% Japanese & the choice of branding may have been decided around the choice of cuisine to be delivered in this chalet.
The Branding has been created by the talented Tea Time Studio (Barcelona, Spain)
